Terms Of Use

• By joining my site, you agree that you have read and do agree to the following terms of use. Any violation of these TOU may result in termination of your membership without refund.
• Please do not share your membership information with anyone else. Your IP address is recorded every time you log in, and if I see multiple IP address, I reserve the right to terminate your membership without a refund.
• You must display your membership badge on your memberships/credits page once it has been given to you. It Must be where everyone can see it, meaning not in a protected area, and not in a "members only" post on livejournal.
• You agree, by joining this site, that once you have logged in to the member's area, you may not, under any circumstances, receive a refund - due to the nature of the downloadable material on this site.

Tubes Terms of Use

• You May use my tubes on livejournal. To be honest it doesn't matter to me if it is gridded, because you can't grid the pickups, so what is the point in that? However, you also must follow the TOU of the original creator of the lines, or as is tubes as well. If they don't allow LJ use, then please do not use them on lj. If you are posting an offer you must post a link back to my site.
• You May use my tubes to create sigtags, websets, blinkies, adoptions, etc... for profit. BUT you Must add more than 1 pixel to a blinkie before offering it. In other words, make a little scene with it, or combine a few. Don't just add one pixel to some boxes and call it a day.
• You May use my tubes to create sigtags and blinkies for free, as long as it is not in a yahoo group, and as long as a name is added to the images before giving them to whomever. You may not make "blank sigtags" and give those away for free, nor may you make adoptions to give to people who do not have a website.
• You May Not Recolor, resize (unless for samples), or otherwise edit the tubes. You may, of course, remove pixels that do not fit, mirror/flip/rotate, but otherwise please do not edit them.

Sigtags Terms of Use

• You Must Link or credit your sigtags back to this site
• You May Use your sigtags on Livejournal
• You May Use your sigtags in emails, and on forums
• You May Not Edit your sigtags in anyway. No removing names, recoloring pixels, editing whatsoever!
